YARAS LEGAL

Attorney Ilgaz Yaraş graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2014. Prior to establishing YARAŞ LEGAL, he began his career advising domestic and international corporate clients at leading law firms in Türkiye, and subsequently worked as a legal counsel at a pioneering company in its sector. In recent years, he has provided legal consultancy services to both multinational and local clients, focusing particularly on corporate law, commercial law, contract law, maritime law, and energy law. His areas of expertise include international transactions, contracts, corporate governance, project finance, as well as shipbuilding contracts and ship buying and selling. He is currently pursuing a master's degree in Information Law at Bahçeşehir University.
